A Certified Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, C.L.E.A.N., R.A.W. Bar that comes in completely sustainable packaging that you can even plant in the ground ... well yes to all of this! Oh and that wasn’t enough they also have a nut-free line (which is challenging to find in a good tasting bar) AND they make them in mini sizes in case you just need a smaller snack or perhaps it’s for the kiddos

Amongst the many accolades listed above it’s also high in fiber and has no added fake sugars. So what the downside? .. few if you ask me but many people will comment this bar is not as high in protein as some others (which is to be expected it’s vegan) and also has some sugar (which I prefer over fake sugars 100% of the time).

Bonus it’s a female owned family company made in the USA that was started as an adjunct therapy to enhance the treatment of the mothers breast cancer (so rooted in health).

As for any bar or processed food I will remind you that these are meant to be “if/when” needed, as a quick snack or easy on the go option and not the stand in for your lunch everyday!!
