Dr. Jaime’s philosophy is that health and wellness is highly individualized and what works for one does not work for all.  She works intimately with her clients to understand their own needs and provide personalized care.

An Educator at Heart

As early as middle school Jaime always remembers wanting to be a health teacher, today she fulfills that through her involvement with various organizations to further the integrative medical education of health care professionals. She is the co-director of the inter-professional program for integrative health through Mt. Sinai Department of Family Medicine, founder of the Institute for Family Health dietetic internship, contributor to the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine in Residency (IMR), director of the integrative and functional nutrition supervision program for CNS licensing and recurring presenter at continuing education seminars.

An Athlete

An avid gymnast growing up Jaime found solace, discipline and community within her sport. Throughout her schooling she always found a way to incorporate sports into her education and work, ultimately leading to the creation of xFitLab which she is the co-owner of today. Jaime believes exercise is an important part of health and well-being and it can’t feel like a chore or dreaded activity and much like nutrition, needs to be tailored to the individual. Today you can still see her on social media having handstand contests vs her husband or playing around with a variety of gymnastics drills.

A Mother

Her most proud and cherished role is mom to Ayla and Lana. From dance parties to painting nails, Jaime strives to navigate the challenges of a working mom and looks forward most to time spent with her little girls.
